The Beckman Coulter, Inc. Wright Stain is a Romanowsky hematology stain that is applied to peripheral blood slides for viewing.

Characteristics The Wright Stain is utilized as an aid in differentiating blood types. Azure B, a by-product of methylene blue, adheres to and reveals acid cellular structures. Also, Eosin stains basic cell components in a pinkish to orange hue.

Material Handling The compound must be stored at a temperature of 15 to 30°C. It is not viable for use after expiry.

The Beckman Coulter, Inc. Wright Stain provides an excellent dye preparation for hematology analysis.
