The Tuttnauer T-Edge 10 Autoclave is a gravity and airflow removal sterilizer highly suited to general-purpose instrument preparation. Belonging to the only line of Autoclaves that offers software-based sterilization protocol upgrades, the T-Edge 10 can be a very reliable mainstay in a broad range of medical settings, from clinics to critical care centers.

Excellent Sterilization Programming The standard S-Class T-Edge 10 operates on a single-stage pre-vacuum that removes chamber air before the instrument cleaning procedure. This step allows for a thorough sterilization process by minimizing air bubbles in packaged instruments, allowing an even distribution of steam, and providing a more regulated chamber temperature.

This model is safe to use for most wrapped and unwrapped instruments and solid devices but is not recommended for use on capillary-structured media.

The Class B software option enhances the working capabilities of the Autoclave. It features an upgraded vacuum process that delivers more effective and stringent sterilization, satisfying the specifications of laboratory and hospital settings. The Class B system can also accommodate more complex instruments and devices, including hollow and porous media.

Convenient Interface Design The T-Edge 10 boasts exceptional functionality with its intuitive touchscreen controls and one-touch programs. The onboard memory can store data of up to 999 cycles and features port options for external drives and barcode printers.

The T-Edge additionally features network connectivity to pair with the proprietary Remote PC Reporting software and mobile monitoring via smart devices.

Practical and Cost-effective The T-Edge sterilizer features a 10" diameter high-capacity chamber with wide-opening doors. These allow for the sterilization of up to five instrument trays per cycle, shortening operating times and reducing costs.
