Ri-Thermo TymPRO Handheld Tympanic Thermometer

The Riester Ri-Thermo TymPRO Handheld Tympanic Thermometer measures accurate body temperature through the tympanic membrane. This device is suitable for use in homes, clinics, hospitals, or any other health care facility.

Valid and Reliable Results: The Riester TymPRO has been clinically validated for providing accurate measurements. Its advanced performance ensures a fast and reliable reading every time. The design and working of this tympanic thermometer have also been approved by the CE/FDA and meets the EN60601-1 standard.

Features: This device is loaded with a bunch of very useful features. It is powered by two AA batteries that are included in the package and can be readily replaced once they run out. One set of batteries can last for up to 3000 measurements. The thermometer has an LCD backlit display that shows the temperature reading and some other indicators. To conserve power, the monitor automatically turns off if left idle for 1 minute. The TymPRO is designed with a probe tip measurement guide indicator, ensuring correct positioning of the infrared sensor. This provides accurate and fast measurement with each reading.

Functions: This device generates a reading in 1 - 2 seconds which provides a fast and convenient experience. The device's memory can store a maximum of 10 records. The measurement unit can be selected between Celsius and Fahrenheit with the press of a button. The device comes with a cradle to properly place or store it when it is not being used. There is also an optional Bluetooth connectivity capability for connection with the RVS-100 patient monitor.

Cross-Contamination Proof: The TymPRO comes with a set of disposable probe covers that help in avoiding cross-contamination and provide a contact-less operation. The probe covers are latex and BPA free to avoid discomfort for sensitive patients.
