The PTS Diagnostics PTS Panels Cholesterol Plus Glucose Reagent Test Strips, 25 per Box are state-of-the-art, in-vitro medical reagents designed for the PTS Diagnostics CardioCheck P-A Portable Cholesterol Monitor It accurately measures a patient's total cholesterol and glucose in venous whole blood and capillary whole blood from the fingertip.

Hassle-free and Reliable. Created with a revolutionary new testing technology, the PTS Panels Cholesterol Plus Glucose Reagent Test Strips spread, separate and carry the patient's blood sample to a color-forming test reaction layer. The amount of color produces is proportional to the concentration of enzymatic reactions. The Cholesterol measurements gathered are used in the proper diagnosis and correct treatment of disorders that involve excess cholesterol in the blood and lipid & lipoprotein metabolism disorders. The glucose measurements are used by doctors to diagnose and treat carbohydrate metabolism disorders which include diabetes mellitus, neonatal hypoglycemia & idiopathic hypoglycemia, and of pancreatic islet cell carcinoma.
