Does what it's supposed to do.

The tip fits Welch Allyn disposable specula. The connection/adaptor end is a bit more nonspecific. I bought this for use with my ZZZRT Traders brand otoscope and it doesn't quite fit. I pinched the metal a bit (sturdy but thin enough to bend with force) and it fits the otoscope well enough to work and definitely secure enough to leave on indefinitely. Can't really harp on this point as TigerMedical doesn't really advertise for which brand otoscope is this serving as an adaptor. But it's cheap, sturdy, and at the end of the day, does what I wanted it to do. My only complaint is that it took longer to ship than was advertised. According to the chat helpline, it had to be shipped to TigerMedical before it could be shipped out to me, so even though it's not ""out of stock,"" it was obviously ""not on hand.""
