The Beckman Coulter, Inc. Coulter DxH Diluent is an isotonic buffered diluent for the DxH 800 hematology analyzer.

Versatile Hematology Analysis The Coulter DxH Diluent is suitable for use in whole blood analysis of type and hemoglobin measuring. It contains biocides that inhibit microbial growth while the alkaline salt content promotes iso-osmotic properties. Furthermore, with the range of Coulter analytic agents, the diluent can be used to measure of erythrocytes, hemoglobin, platelets, NRBC, and reticulocytes, as well as leukocyte differentiation.

The Beckman Coulter, Inc. Coulter DxH Diluent is recommended for use only with DxH Cell Lyse.
