The CanDo® Black Composite Foam Roller is a firm exercise foam roller that is used for positioning, deep massage, stretching, and exercise. Excellent for physical therapy, conditioning, and rehabilitation. Suitable for the gym, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities.

This foam roller is made of molded composite EPP foam that is firmer and more rugged compared to polyethylene foam. The ends do not degrade even with heavy use . It is suitable for intermediate and advanced users. A round roller is good for progressive exercise sequences, while a half-round roller is best for stretching of the ankles and knee rehabilitation.
