Veritor Plus Analyzer

BD Veritor™ Plus Analyzer is an innovation that ensures accurate immunoassay testing at any point-of-care scene. Simple in use, accurate and fast, this device helps facilitate a streamline diagnostic workflow with even greater precision. The new system can help detect infectious diseases such as influenza A and B, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and group A strep within minutes allowing for a faster treatment decisions.

Veritor™ Plus Analyzer is intended to aid the diagnostic process providing an unsuppressed performance that you can trust. The implementation of advanced particle technology ensures improved sensitivity, leading to greater test accuracy. This technology is to use proprietary process to produce highly stable, modified colloidal metal particles. In addition, Veritor Analyzer features an adaptive read technology that compensates for background and non-specific binding to reduce false-positive results via improved specificity. As a result, the better testing enables appropriate and timely treatment.

Streamlined Workflow
With BD Veritor™ Plus Analyzer you are now able to revolutionize infectious disease testing and diagnostic right there at the point-of-care scene not only managing your patient flow faster, but determining the appropriate treatment in a single consultation. This device features Analyze Now or Walk Away modes allowing to manage your work process individually. The testing process itself is optimized to the maximum and consists of three simple steps. Swab or liquid test sample is primarily inserted into a prefilled, color-coded, utilized tube. As soon as a processed sample is applied to a test device, it can be immediately inserted into Analyzer. A touch of a button activates the device and objective test results are displayed within 10-5 minutes.

Exceptional Flexibility
It is important to note that Veritor™ Plus Analyzer has a modular design allowing to configure your unit according to the practice requirements. The patient data such as user ID, specimen ID, and test kit / lot can be printed or stored in Analyzer when it works in a conjunction with optional BD Veritor™ InfoScan Module (256068). The option does not only improve the workflow flexibility, but helps eliminate errors associated with manual result recording.
