The Vantage ABI™ Vascular System from Wallach Surgical and Summit Doppler provides accurate and fast Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) exams to assist in the detection of Peripheral Arterial Disease (P.A.D.).
Fast and Accurate: The Vantage ABI conducts a one-touch, 3 minute, single level Ankle Brachial Index test using Digital Fourier Oscillometry (DFO). It includes a USB drive for data storage and reference, as well as EMR interface. The intuitive touchscreen is easy to use and the large display ensures that all readings are easy to view.
Portable and Sturdy: The device features a built-in carry handle for easy portability. It is either self-supported by rubber feet or mounted on a durable 5-caster wheeled stand for simple mobility.
Specifications: The main unit weighs 4.6 lbs with dimensions of 6.4" H x 11" W x 7.3" D. ABI test results are ready in 3 minutes, with clinical sensitivity >90% and clinical specificity >92%. Cuff pressure range is 0 to 280 mmHg with an accuracy of +/–3 mmHg in 0 - 200 mmHg and +/–2% >200 mmHg. Its pulse rate range is 43 to 120 BPM.

The Vantage ABI Vascular System comes with three model options.
- VANABI: The standard option contains a USB Memory Stick, 4 BP Cuffs (two 12 cm & two 10 cm), ABI Chart, ABI Report Forms, Power Supply & Cable, 4 6-foot Hoses, and PC Download Software.
- VANMAX: This includes all the accessories included in the standard option with the addition of a 5-Caster Wheeled Stand with Storage Basket and a Built-in Printer.
- L500CP: This model includes everything contained in the VANMAX package with the addition of the Vista AVS™ Advanced ABI/Vascular System (#L500VA). Both systems work together as a complete vascular package to diagnose PAD most effectively.
