The VASELINE™ Petrolatum Gauze is a non-adherent fine mesh gauze impregnated with white petrolatum. The absorbent gauze reduces pain during dressing changes.

The dressing conforms to any part of the body that it is applied to. This helps to keep a seal around the wound and prevents unwanted fluid loss. The petrolatum impregnate stays moist, nonirritating and nontoxic. Keeping the dressing from drying out and adhering.

This dressing is intended for use with minor burns, skin donor sites, abrasions, skin tears, skin grafts, circumcisions, lacerations, staple suture lines, tunneling wounds, umbilical bandage, lightly exudating wounds.
