The BD Thora-Para Non-Valved Catheter Drainage Tray (10/case) is a complete set of sterile, single-use medical instruments designed to provide hospitals, clinics and medical facilities with all necessary components for safe and efficient thoracentesis and paracentesis procedures.

Awesome Design. Unlike similar 5 FR Drainage Catheters, the Thora-Para Catheter Drainage Tray features Thora-Para 5 FR Non-Valved Catheter over a hollow 19G Echogenic Introducer Needle which allows optimal ultrasound visualization and a luer cap to prevent fluid leakage. It has four drainage side ports on the distal catheter tip with a spiral pattern that is designed to reduce the chance of obstruction. This tray includes components needed for draining with a universal drainage set, vacuum bootle or wall suction.
