3M™ Steri-Strip™ Antimicrobial Skin Closures provide effective wound closure and support as it helps reduce the risk of surgical site infections. Ideal for providing wound closure of lacerations, surgical incisions, or support after early suture or staple removal, where additional antimicrobial activity is needed.

The unique Steri-StripTM Antimicrobial Skin Closures contain a special adhesive with Iodophor. In vitro tests show that Idiophor has broad spectrum activity against the most common bacteria that cause surgical site infections. The strips have excellent long-term adhesion that ensures proper closure of wounds while healing. The non-invasive, sterile design effectively reduces scarring and improves cosmetic outcomes. Compared to sutures and staples, each strip provides less tissue trauma and is easy to apply, making it comfortable to wear for patients. The hypoallergenic adhesive minimizes the risk of skin irritation. Best suited for emergency department, operating room, clinics and other medical settings. Each strip measures 1/2 inch x 4 inches. Available in 100 and 200 per case.
