StartSystem Emergency Oxygen for Philips AED Defibrillators

The LIFE® StartSystem Emergency Oxygen from Life Corporation is designed to be used in conjunction with Philips OnSite and FRx AED Defibrillators. It comes with a case that holds the defibrillator (purchased separately), regulator, an oxygen cylinder with a valve and gauge, a CPR mask, and tubing.

Functions: The regulator has 2 flow rate settings, FDA minimum Normal 6 LPM setting for general emergency situations and an AHA recommended High 12 LPM setting with 100% inspired oxygen for extreme emergency situations. It supplies supplemental emergency oxygen to a breathing victim before the onset of fibrillation or after successful defibrillation. The system provides Inhalator for a breathing victim and Resuscitator for a non-breathing victim.

Convenient and Safe: The unit features a knurled on-off valve which prevents it from accidentally getting turned on during transit. The gauge has constant readings, as opposed to other O2 systems. The included CPR mask comfortably and safely fits adults and children, and the one-way valve ensures safe hygiene. The cylinder is replaceable or refillable and it comes filled with oxygen and ready to use.

The whole system fits inside the case which is smaller than a briefcase, measuring only 12" x 12" x 3" and weighing only 8 lbs. The unit also fits nicely inside a normal AED wall cabinet.
