The Hausmann Industries Soft-Ball Hand Weights are specially designed for use in strength training, plyometrics, balance and stabilization training, and rehabilitation exercises. They are more versatile compared to traditional isotonic dumbbells. These Weights are easily gripped with one hand, and are inflatable with sealed pellets. They feature a durable PVC exterior and have anti-slip properties. Color-coded for easy identification.

Each Set contains one (1) 5" ball of each weight: 1.1 lbs., 2.2 lbs., 3.3 lbs., 4.4 lbs., 5.5 lbs., and 6.6 lbs.
