The chair came with missing screws and adjustment knobs making it impossible to be assembled. We are still waiting to see if we receive the missing parts.

We purchased this chair to use in our lab for our blood draw patients. It is very comfortable and I liked that we could get it in different colors to match our clinic. It is nice that it was so reasonably priced. Usually anything for medical purposes is 3x higher because it's medical. As a smaller non profit clinic, We appreciate the price point. It did come with very vague instructions, but we were still able to put it together quickly.

This chair is great! Once we got it assembled, it works and looks very good. However, assembly was difficult. You can only use a small allen wrench by hand, it took a lot of effort to get it squared up and the bolts often didn't want to thread in easily. But now it's fine!
