Made by Healthline, this PVC Shower Chair has a supportive Vacuum Formed Seat, 18 inches wide. Includes Drop Arms, a Sliding Footrest, and a 7 Qt. Pail.
A shower chair is an essential appliance for the elderly and disabled. It allows the patient to maintain his dignity and independence during bathtime; whilst ensuring max. safety and security at all times.
Vacuum formed seat: This PVC Shower Chair features a special vacuum formed seat. A vacuum formed part will not rust, rot, or chip, and can withstand considerable impact and still retain its original shape. Vacuuming, is used to shape a variety of plastics especially when an unusual shape is needed. This supportive seat, has been specifically vacuum formed for our patients' benefit.
Flexibility & security: With extra-wide, zinc plated Wagner casters, (3" x 1¼") to enhance base flexibility. Casters have two locking and two non-locking wheel functions. Chair features drop arms on both sides, and a footrest, providing users with extra security and support.
Low maintenance: Seat snaps on and off, for easy cleaning, and has a built in splash guard. Chair is completely waterproof, and rust-free. Requires minimal upkeep.
Dimensions: Frame dimensions are (HxLxW) 38.5"x 23" x 22", with its internal seat width at 18" wide. Available clearance space (over toilet) is approx. 17.5". Chair's max. weight capacity is 300 lbs.
