The CanDo® Overdoor Exercise Bar is designed to exercise deep and superficial muscles. It is good for isometric and dynamic exercises. Ideal for homes, gym, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities.

Use the set in sitting, standing, or balancing position. It comes in (5) levels of resistance. It includes tubing, exercise bar, and door anchor. Levels are arranged in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: yellow, red, green, blue, and black.
