The MediVena One-Care Insulin Safety Syringe (100/box) is a syringe/needle combination, that helps healthcare professionals in administering insulin to diabetic patients safely. It has a safety shield mechanism that is very reliable during injection, and permanent lock for safety disposal. An audible "click" sound is produced once the shield is closed, that prevents the risk of needlestick injuries.

The insulin syringe is easy to use, has a smooth plunger movement for gentle injection, and has a clear and bold scale markings on its barrel for precise insulin dosing. A well-polished and ultra-thin 29G x 1/2" needle is attached to the syringe, which promotes comfort to the patient during injection. A minimized dead space is produced between the syringe and the needle, that greatly reduces medication waste.
