Sharpoint™ PLUS Nylon Non-Absorbable Double Armed Sutures with Spatula Needles, 1/4 Circle, are high-quality, smooth and sterile sutures used in ophthalmic surgery. Sharpoint™ Nylon Non-Absorbable Sutures consistently meet the rigorous demands of surgery professionals worldwide.

Characterized by superior sharpness, penetration, and strength, Sharpoint™ Nylon Sutures demonstrate excellent tensile strength and durability during any surgical procedure. Soft and supple material ensures excellent handling and knot security. These sutures are made from monofilament nylon, which pass easily through tissue for reduced trauma and prevention of tissue ingrowth. Sharpoint™ Nylon Sutures are equivalent to Ethicon® Ethilon and Covidien® Monosof™.

These Nylon Sutures are double armed, and dyed in black. Size 5-0 is used in large vessel repair. These sutures feature Center Point Spatula needles, with two cutting edges in a horizontal plane. Suitable for ophthalmic surgery for muscle and retinal repair, or delicate plastic surgery. Available in 12 per box.
