Constructed of painted steel, the cart has a hard-baked powder coated textured finish.

It is constructed with high-quality and durable materials with multiple configurations using modular trays (2", 4" and 8") and wired baskets (4" and 7"). The cart dimensions are: 81"H x 60"W x 28" D, and cart net weight is 375 lbs (170.1 kg). The cart has a roll-up tambour door and is secured with a key lock. It is mounted on 5" premium, full-swivel casters, with two braking, for quick and hassle-free movement around the facility. It also has integrated vertical push handles that are comfortable for all users flushed with cart side and corner bumpers that protect the cart from unwanted collisions.

The cart allows one of the columns to be removed to increase catheter storage capacity and can have full-width shelves installed.
