The Covidien LigaSure Impact™ Curved Large Jaw Open Sealer/Divider Laparoscopic Instrument is a multifunctional tissue fusion system designed to grasp, seal and cut tissue and is used in Urology, Colorectal, General Surgery and Gynecology Procedures.

Awesome Design. Made with LigaSure™ Technology, the LigaSure Impact™ Curved Large Jaw Open Sealer/Divider Laparoscopic Instrument uses the body's own collagen and elastin to create a permanent seal that can withstand three times the normal systolic blood pressure. It reduces blood loss, procedure time and patient length of stay compared to sutures. With the delivery of a unique combination of pressure and energy, the LigaSure Impact™ can grasp, seal and cut tissue independently or can be performed all three in one step.

Portable and Easy to Use. Constructed with a small-form-factor, the LigaSure Impact™ Curved Large Jaw Open Sealer/Divider Laparoscopic Instrument is comfortable to use and features the activation button in an ergonomically positioned. The TissueFect™ sensing technology monitors changes in tissue impedance 3,333 times a second and adjusts energy output accordingly to deliver the right amount of energy for the desired tissue effect.
