The BD™ Extra Large Sharps Collectors Hinged Top With Gasket feature large access openings for easy handling and disposal of needles, syringes, pipettes, glass slides, and other single use sharps.

These sharps collectors have a unique dual opening hinge top which is designed for easy accessibility on both sides of the collector. It allows the user to choose which side should remain open and/or locked, depending on the size of access opening desired. The visual, audible, tactile (VAT) perimeter locks provide added security against tampering and ensures that the lid is securely attached to the base.

They also feature temporary and final closure, double wall handles for secure and safe transport of waste, and clear tops for visibility of collector fill level. It ensures easy handling and disposal of bulky and cumbersome waste materials. Sturdy and stackable when full, these collectors are fully compatible with BD™ trolleys for added stability and mobility. DOT compliant.
