Excilon Drain and I.V. Sponges are non-woven dressings that feature superior absorbency and fast wiking action. Their unique pre-cut T-slit comforms around drains, catheters, chest tubes and tracheotomies comfortably, providing the patient with a snugly experience that maximizes their recovery and makes the overall hospital stay much more accomodating.

Excilon sponges are completely sterile, with no loose threads that could fall directly into the wound (and cause mild additional pain). This eliminates the need for sterile scissors and conserves nursing time.
