Econom Pocket Diagnostic Set

The Riester Econom® Pocket Diagnostic Set features high quality diagnostic instruments for ENT and Ophthalmology in one portable package. Designed as a handy examination assistant, each set has various combinations and and an optional choice of 3 different illuminations to suit your needs. Powerful yet cost effective, each set features power sources through its handles or via ri-charger® charging base, 2.7V instruments with vacuum lamps, and a protective hard case with sturdy sliding safety latches.

Each set includes: Uni® I Otoscope Head, Uni® II May Ophthalmoscope Head, Type "C" Battery Handle, Expandable Nasal Speculum, Bent Arm Illuminator, 2 Laryngeal Mirrors in sizes No. 3 and No. 4, Tongue Blade Holder, and an Otoscope Replacement Bulb which can also be used for the Bent Arm Illuminator. It all comes in a protective hard deluxe case. The set is made in Germany and comes with a 2 year warranty.

• Aperture with a large circle for examination of the fundus of the eye
• Bulb is simple to replace at the base of the head

Uni® Instrument Handle

• Type "C" battery handle
• Made of chrome-plated metal
• Can hold two type "C" batteries or the Rechargeable Ri-accu® NiMH Battery
• Can be charged in the Ri-charger® Charging Base if using rechargeable battery
• It has the Rheostat® feature for controlling the strength of the light.
• Batteries are simple to change at the base of the handle

Laryngeal Mirrors

• For mirroring and illuminating laryngeal area
• Includes mirrors in sizes 3 and 4
• Size 3 is 20 mm and size 4 a 22 mm in diameter
• Simple to attach to Bent Arm Illuminator

Tongue Blade Holder

• Made of stainless steel
• Simple attachment to the Bent Arm Illuminator with a clip holder
