Cuff Adjustable Adult Weights

The CanDo Cuff® Adjustable Weights are weight inserts used in progressive therapy or exercise to add bulk and resistance. Suitable for clinics, schools, and fitness centres.

It features a D-ring closure with a hook and loop strap to ensure proper fit. The padded interior makes it comfortable for the wearer. Adjust the weight by simply adding or removing weight inserts from the weight pockets. It is specially designed to mold in the countours of the wrist. Start your physical therapy or exercise with a few weight inserts and then gradually build up as strength increases. Available individually or in pairs.
