The CanDo® Core Trainer Dome is a dual function exercise tool that challenges muscle groups for improved core strength and resistance. Good for use in physical therapy and rehabilitation in clinics, schools, and fitness centres.

The Core Trainer Dome combines the function of a vestibular board and an exercise ball. It is inflatable and it can be used with the flat side up or down. Base is rigid and durable. To adjust level of difficulty, simply inflate or deflate the dome. It comes with a pump and resistance tubing for convenience. It measures 26" x 4" x 26" and is 21 inches in diameter. This dome is an excellent yet affordable alternative to the Bosu® balance trainer.
