Instead of the expanding the view area in two directions only like all the standard specula on the market, ClearSpec® provides a four-directional expansion that ensures an improved visualization of cervix. In addition, this feature eliminates the need of Speculum readjustment ensuring a much greater patient comfort. To ensure a truly advanced performance, the ClearSpec® Speculum features lateral ports in the sheath allowing an easy access to the tissues for biopsy procedures.
Illuminator Efficiency
ClearSpec® Illuminators are reusable units that use LED light technology to ensure natural tones and eliminated the heat effect. The Illuminator has a capacity of 2 hours of continuous operation and an auto on/off function for power saving. These Illuminators provide a cost effective solution as they are cheaper than the regular rechargeable units which at times get lost or thrown away on the accident. ClearSpec® Illuminators fit the Speculum of any size and are easily retractable.
