Battery Power Patient Lift

The Bestcare Battery Power Patient Lift is designed to provide a combination of maneuverability and patient safety. This lift simplifies transfers with features to enhance comfort and facilitate smooth operation. The Full Body Lift is designed for long term care institutions, hospitals, nursing homes and home care. Highly recommended for professional caregivers, to reduce the risk of back injuries.

Safe, Comfortable, Reliable: The PL400 Series offers an excellent power range to simplify patient transfers. This lift easily lifts patients from the floor, bed, or any seated surface. The base legs open up, allowing the lift to wheel close to the patient. Included are 4" rear casters with locking brakes and 3" front caster. A 6-point spreader bar distributes weight evenly for a smooth and effortless operation. Included are 4" rear casters with locking brakes and 3" front caster. The Body Lift transfers patients safely and with minimum caregiver physical effort.

Battery Powered Lift: The Bestcare Body Lift is powered by a 24VDC 5AH rechargeable battery that provides approximately 40% more lifts per charge. The included battery pack features a low charge and load capacity warning. In case of a complete power failure, this lift may be lowered using the manual emergency release.

Easy Operation: The BestLift PL400E is operated by a hand control or the controls in the control box. This dual control system ensures a reliable option in the event that the hand control is damaged or misplaced. The base opening, which allows wheelchair or commode access, is operated by a foot pedal.

Minimal Clearance: The patient lift provides a low base height and requires only 4.7" clearance under beds.

This lift is available with the standard Bestcare Performance Electronics, or the older Legacy Electronics. The Performance Electronics offers a 24 hour power option, when used with the additional Battery Pack and Wall Charger. It has a 400-lb capacity and a 6-point spreader bar for added comfort.
