Quick & Easy Operation
The front panel comprises easy-touch, color-coded membrane pads and large rotary dial that serve for a quick, one-button operating-mode selections and power control that can also be adjusted with a use of a handpiece. A total of four accessory connectors are as well located on the front panel for the free and convenient access. Memory function allows the unit to power up to the last activated mode and other settings. An isolated RF output appliance ensures safety minimizing the risks of side burns. The selected power is displayed in large digital numbers on a back-lit screen with ± 30 degrees of viewing angle. The Desiccator is compatible with an optional footswitch which adds operation versatility not requiring a separate handpiece or suppressing its ability to adjust the power.
Generator Capabilities
Generator function features maximum power of 50 watts and three operation modes that include Cut, Blend and Coagulation. The Cut mode provides a standard RF waveform for the use on all types of tissue with minimal hemostasis. The Blend mode combines cutting and hemostasis functions, providing a greater rate of targeted tissue desiccation without increasing the power delivered by the generator. The Coagulation mode is very efficient for bleeding control in localized areas.
High Frequency Desiccator Capabilities
High Frequency Desiccator function features maximum power of 40 watts adjustable in 1/10 watt increments and three operation modes that include Fulguration, Micro Bipolar and Bipolar. In Fulguration mode the Desiccator produces a sparking at the skin surface for a more precise and shallow tissue destruction. The Micro Bipolar mode is intended for the use in cases when minor and more gentle coagulation is required. In Bipolar mode the device provides a more intensive coagulation effect with some arcing.
