The CanDo Balance Stone is an inflatable exercise tool that is used to improve coordination, proprioception, and balance. It is a great addition to any exercise or therapy regimen. Good for use in physical therapy and rehabilitation in clinics, schools, and fitness centres.

This balance stone is filled with water or sand to add weight. It can be used as a vestibular balance board when the curve side is in downward position. The nubby side at the top stone adds stimulation and tactile feedback to the user.
