The Covidian Appose Skin Stapler helps in closing wounds and stapling skin together after surgery or other invasive medical procedures. This is a single-use stapler that features 35 Wide Staples. It works by dispensing one staple each time the instrument is triggered. The staples work by first penetrating the skin and are then formed, holding the tissue together.

The Appose skin stapler can be fired from multiple angles. It has an ejector spring that automatically disengages the staple to facilitate instrument removal in any direction.

The staple remover, which can be purchased separately, features an ergonomic designed handle so that it is comfortable and easy to remove the staples.

The cartridge is clear so that there is visibility of the staple count at all times. The wide staple has a width/crown of 6.5mm and leg length of 4.1mm.
