The CanDo Adjustable Exercise Band is a high-quality band used in a variety of upper and lower body exercises for rehabilitation, conditioning and training. Ideal for homes, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities.

This exercise band features clips and hooks that can be adjusted according to the level of resistance. Resistance is increased on decreased depending on band length. Simply adjust the length of band to achieve the perfect resistance that is right for you. Its special quick attachment hooks attach to the D-ring for convenience. Level up your upper and lower body workout by attaching the bands to any fitness equipment.
