Exclusive Heart Smart design features an exceptionally solid construction. The Cabinet is made of a 20 gauge cold rolled steel. The top layer of the white powder coat paint provides a smooth and durable finish. The Wall Cabinet door has been thoughtfully engineered to promote the comfort of the usage. It opens completely allowing extracting the AED in no time and features a built-in handle and a magnetic door catch to prevent the door slamming. In addition the acrylic material used for the Cabinet window is impact resistant and absolutely clear.
Alarm Options
Heart Smart AED Wall Cabinet is offered in two configurations which are the Standard Alarm and Alarm & Strobe Light. Standard alarm is a no-key device. It serves to detect when the Cabinet door is open and make an audible signal. The alarm On/Off switch is located inside of the Cabinet and the alarm can be manually activated or deactivated. The Cabinet configuration that includes the Alarm & Strobe Light provides a double safety level. The audible alarm makes a powerful sound warning of 85db when the Cabinet door is open and the serene light placed on the top of the Cabinet starts fleshing. In addition the alarm switch is keyed. The alarm system is powered by a 9 VDC Alkaline battery that comes with the purchase.
Design Options
In one of the variations the Cabinet features the heat and water proof design. To accomplish the goal and obtain a construction that would be resistant to the exposure to outdoor environmental factors, the Cabinet features a highly durable and solid exterior. The Cabinet door is fully gasketed and with a help of a continuous bulb-gasket becomes watertight when closed. Its construction features 18 gauge galvanneal steel and the finish is made with the use of the exterior grade white powder-coat. The turn handle is made of a stainless steel and ensures many years of great service. Another design option would be a Semi-Recessed Cabinet. It is meant to be drowned into the wall. This type of the Cabinet features a white powder coat finish, a magnetic door catch and an arc-style stainless steel door handle, very comfortable to use in emergency cases.
