Great Features
Exclusive Philips Cabinet design features an exceptionally solid construction and large storage capacity allowing to fit not only your AED but additional medical supplies, e.g. oxygen or fast response kit. The Cabinet is made of a sturdy heavy-gauge steel while the top layer of the white powder coat paint provides a smooth and durable finish. The Wall Cabinet door has been thoughtfully engineered to promote the comfort of the usage. It opens completely allowing extracting the AED in no time and features a built-in handle and a magnetic door catch to prevent the door slamming. In addition the tempered glass used for the Cabinet window is impact resistant and absolutely clear.
Alarms
Philips AED Cabinets are assembled with an alarm system that includes audible and flashing light alarms. Both alarms activate as the Cabinet door opens to help mobilize all rescue resources for a prompt response to an emergency salutation. Additionally, the Cabinet can be connected to your internal security system for a more centralized reaction. In case the Cabinet is placed in the area where audible alarm happens to be inappropriate, it can be manually disabled. The alarm system is powered by two 9V Alkaline batteries.
Design Options
Philips AED Cabinets come in two design variations to provide different mounting options. The surface mount Cabinet measures 6"D x 16"W x 22.5"H and mounts to the wall surface. The semi-recessed Cabinet model mounts into the wall cut-out area and takes up less isle space. Its dimensions are 6"D x 14"W x 22"H.
