The Amerex 496 is easy to transport using the wheeled carriage, making it ideal for large commercial and industrial spaces where mobile, high-capacity extinguishers are needed, such as oil refineries, construction sites, parking lots, and loading docks.
Reliable fire suppressant: Regular dry chemical is a free-flowing and non-caking agent that knocks down fires by smothering or separating the fuel from the oxygen. It also interrupts the chemical reaction of the fire. When discharged, the agent of the Amerex 496 can reach 25 to 35 feet and last for 35 seconds.
