The 4Post BiSlider Filing System helps keep your medical documents organized and accessible while taking up a minimal amount of floor space. This configuration includes a double row of shelves with five shelving units in the back and four in the front. 4Post® Medical Filing Units

The versatile 4 Post™ provides organized storage of items of any size or weight while keeping them easily accessible. Its configurable modular design allows you to "grow as you go" - begin with the Starter unit, then select Add-On units to accommodate your facility's storage requirements as needed. This flexible shelving system is easy to install and works well with TrakSlider and MobileTrak moving shelving systems. With pre-punched tops and single rivet bottom shelf supports, it easily attaches to these mobile systems without the need to drill additional holes.

The shelves are constructed cold-rolled steel with a flange on all sides for additional support. The units are powder-coated for a durable, corrosion-resistant finish.

TrakSlider™ Medical Filing System

The Bi-Slider double depth file storage system consists of two rows of shelving units in which the front row slides from side to side on tracks, providing access to the back row of files. This method of storing your medical files greatly maximizes the use of floor space. The modular design of Datum's TrakSlider™ systems allows for easy expansion as your storage requirements increase. All Datum TrakSlider™ systems can be reconfigured and added onto at any time without the need to disassemble, relocate, or remove existing files.

The TrakSlider™ carriages include four wheels that ride on a double rail track for an added measure of stability and safety. Just a light push moves the durable steel 4Post™ shelving units along the tracks. The tracks feature ball-bearing construction, four wheels per carriage, and specially-designed rubber end stops for quiet, smooth, and easy operation. The heavy-duty welded steel construction includes an overhead anti-tip mechanism to ensure safe and easy movement of files. A reinforced steel leveling track means you can use the TrakSlider™ system safely, even on non-level floors!

Track units consist of modular, all-welded steel frame and rail assemblies, flush decking, lateral rolling carriages, as well as overhead stabilizer and roller assemblies.

There are three depth options to fit different types of medical files - Letter, Legal and X-Ray.

• Letter - 13-3/16" Depth
• Legal - 16-3/16" Depth
• X-Ray - 19-3/16" Depth

Select Unit Width

You can choose from the following overall widths for each shelving unit.

• 36" Wide
• 42" Wide
• 48" Wide

Select Openings

Choose the amount of openings you would like your unit to have. Letter and Legal sized units can have 7 or 8 openings and X-Ray units have 5 openings.
