The Fully Automatic Autoclave from the EZ Series, manufactured by Tuttanauer, includes many up-to-date features to ensure optimum convenience and safety for use in any office. Fully automatic sterilizers fill, sterilize, exhaust and dry at the touch of a button.
Contemporary Design: The device features a newly designed EZGlide door that is easy to open and close and has a sleek, modern appearance. The EZView Multi-Color display provides easy-to-read real-time information such as cycle parameters, pressure, and temperature. The display is easily visible even from a distance. An active color wheel and text is displayed during each stage of the cycle. The EZPad control panel consists of three keys, allowing you to easily browse through the sterilization options. The door remains closed through the dry cycle to ensure sterility and efficient drying. Fast drying occurs with a high-efficiency air pump that circulates filtered air through the chamber.
Flexible Loading Options: The Autoclave has flexible loading options. The 5 full-sized trays can be used for packs and pouches and the tray rack can be used for 4 full and 4 half-sized cassettes, eliminating the need to purchase an additional cassette rack. You can purchase an additional Pouch Rack (#AR910) to facilitate proper loading.
Connectivity: The unit has a USB Port so you can easily transfer cycle data via a flash drive to a PC. It also has a Network Port for connection to a local network, allowing the system to be remotely monitored using RPCR Software (purchased separately). 100 sterlization cycles can be stored on the device to be printed later or downloaded to a PC.
Additional Features: Water can be filled through the easily accessible EZFill in front or through the top to help with easier filling of the reservoir. Dynamic Air Removal Technology effectively removes air from the chamber.
Specifications: The device uses a replaceable 0.2µ HEPA Filter. The chamber’s dimensions are 11" in diameter and 19.8" deep. This device meets current sterilization standards ANSI/AAMI ST55. It has a 7.5 Gallon volume, comes with 5 Trays, and uses 120V, 50/60 Hz.
