Uni I Otoscope

This Uni® I Otoscope uses a 2.7V Vacuum Illumination Bulb for Direct Illumination. The otoscope head features a removable magnifying lens that has 4-fold magnification. The lens can conveniently swivel to both sides. It has a removable cover glass where instruments can be inserted and it can be used for nasal examinations if using the 9 mm speculum. It has a sealed system for pneumatic otoscopy. The lamp is simple to change at the front of the instrument.

The Uni® Otoscope has a Type "C" Battery Handle that uses two standard alkaline type "C" batteries or the Rechargeable Ri-accu® NiMH Battery. If using the rechargeable battery, the handle can easily be charged in the Ri-charger® Charging Base. It has the Rheostat® feature for controlling the strength of the light. The batteries are simple to change at the base of the handle. The handle is constructed of durable metal and is chrome-plated. It features a fluted surface for a secure grip and hygienic use. It has a plug-in type connector for easy and quick changing of the instrument head. The handle has a diameter of 28 mm.

The Otoscope comes with Reusable Specula in sizes 2 mm, 3 mm, and 4 mm. It comes in a silver colored plastic case with two snap closures. The otoscope is manufactured in Germany and comes with a 2 year warranty.
