The R1 Shock-Proof® Aneroid Sphygmomanometer sets a new standard in blood pressure measurement and has the latest advancements in shock-proof technology. This device offers unmatched durability combined with exact precision that lasts a lifetime.

Conventional aneroid sphygmomanometers are shock-sensitive. After a shock a typical aneroid will suffer from inaccuracy and therefore incorrect diagnosis. This causes a loss in money since the equipment can no longer be used. The R1 Aneroid Sphygmomanometer, with its patent-pending shock proof technology, can fall from 4 feet high without damaging the device, and is able to withstand heavy usage.

It also has a number of great features that makes it a great choice for your home or any healthcare facility. It has a maximum error tolerance of +/- 2 mmHg. It features fast and ergonomic inflation with a special integrated spoon design. Special air duct allows for stable pointer movements. The non-resistant opening of air release valve ensures accurate and comfortable operation in any environment. Cuff exchanges easily with its metal threaded tube connection at the top of the casing. It also has a valve base and air duct with metal precision valve, and two component ABS casing. It also comes with a wide selection of cuffs in various sizes.

This Palm Style Shock-Proof Aneroid is available in three sets. They all include three Latex-Free Velcro cuffs, one that measures 54.5 x 14.5 cm, one that is 70 x 15 cm, and a child cuff that measures 35.5 x 10 cm.

This sphygmomanometer is connection free and single tubed. The 1255 Set comes with one piece bladderless, disinfectable and washable cuffs. The cuff can be disinfected in up to 140 degrees allowing it to be worn 10,000 times.
