The QuickVue+ One-Step hCG Combo test detects human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in serum or urine. It is used for early detection of pregnancy.

This test is a single step and accurately detects hCG using the monoclonal antibody specific to the beta subunit of hCG. It has a 10 mIU/mL sensitivity for serum and a 20 mIU/mL sensitivity for urine. It can detect low levels as early as 2-3 days before expected menstruation.

It is an easy test to perform and interpret. The results are available in 3-5 minutes and are seen with a two color endpoint and +/- signs. Only four drops are needed for the sample.
