The PROSCOPE 2.5v Ophthalmoscope boasts a range of features for excellent diagnostic capabilities.

Ophthalmoscope head: The 2.5v ophthalmoscope's lens wheel features 24 corrective lenses with a full range from –25 to +40 diopters (Plus 1-10, 12, 15, 20, 40; Minus 1-10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35). The ophthalmoscope includes six apertures and three polarizing filters. The 2.5v vacuum lamp provides high quality lighting for in-depth examination of the eye. The head also includes a high performance aspherical condenser lens which reduces corneal reflection, allowing for even better visuals. The ergonomic design and integral thumb rest, and synthetic rubber brow rest make this instrument comfortable and practical for practitioners to use. This Proscope head is compatible with Welch Allyn specula. ADC part number 5240.

"C" cell powered battery handle with rheostatic on/off switch:The handle is made from solid brass, plated with ribbed chrome. ADC part number 5211-5.
