Covidien/Kendall's MEDI-TRACE™ SF450 Series general monitoring electrodes provide superior adhesion and ease of use for quality adult monitoring. The small, teardrop-shaped electrodes measure 1.75" in diameter for easy lead placement and feature a convenient, built-in skin abrader on the back of each.

The electrodes feature low-profile, fluid-resistant foam substrate backing and conductive adhesive hydrogel for excellent skin coupling and electrical contact. The gel is formulated to stay fresh for 45 days out of the package. Due to the vastly varying quantities and types of electrodes used in different types of healthcare facilities, Covidien offers several packaging options to suit every user's needs and budget:
