The DermagranB Hydrophilic Dressing is composed of Derma Sciences zinc-nutrient dressing formulation and balanced pH technology. It is available in a gauze or tube form and provides a moist, mildly acidic environment helpful to wound healing.

The impregnated gauze and tube both contain Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, calcium and Magnesium. It can be used as a primary dressing or as packing for chronic and acute wounds.

The DermagranB Hydrophilic Dressing is intended for use with pressure ulcers (stages II-IV), surgical incisions, partial thickness thermal burns and other forms of ulcers.
