The Winco 6540 XL CareCliner is a bariatric, heavy duty clinical recliner that is a basic workhorse in the clinical recliner line. With wide, full support, uni-directional elastic band suspension system integrated into the seat and back frame, this chair provides exceptional comfort. Standard Trendelenburg release on back has handles accessible from either side of the chair. It also has a built-in ergonomic headrest. All of these features combine to create the ultimate in comfort, durability and value.
Each XL CareCliner features dual non-porous blow molded fold down side trays. This chair also features nylon or steel total-lock and directional-lock casters for ease of maneuverability.
The recessed handgrips and padded armrests on the XL CareCliner assist in entering and exiting the chair. This chair also features removable side panels for easy cleaning and maintenance.
The convenient release on the back of the Winco XL CareCliner allows for four positions; upright, two reclining position and Infinite or Trendelenburg.
The XL CareCliner has a 450 pound weight capacity and meets Standard Fire Safety specifications.
It is protected by a 1 Year Complete Product Warranty, 3 Year Upholstery and Moving Parts Warranty as well as a Lifetime Chair Frame Warranty.

The Winco XL CareCliner has a few options to better serve your needs. Please customize your CareCliner from the drop down lists on the right side at the top of the page.
Type of Caster
This CareCliner comes with an option to choose either Nylon Casters or Steel Casters. Nylon Casters work better for furniture that will be wheeled on carpets, while the steel casters are better for use on hard floors or short-pile carpet. Please use the drop-down list at the top of the page to choose which type of caster you would like.
Heat and Massage
With this option, two separate pads gently warm the seat and back of all of these chairs, creating a more comfortable environment for your patient. The Heat and Massage is easy to use, with the switch conveniently located inside the right arm. It is also very safe, featuring a timer that automatically turns it off after a specific period of time. Please use the drop-down box at the top of the page to select whether you would or would not like to include this option.
IV Pole and Attachment
This option allows your fully upholstered 6540/6541 XL CareCliner to have an IV Pole that easily attaches to the chair. If you would like to order the IV Pole and Attachment with your CareCliner, please let us know in the 'Special Instructions' box when you check out. Leg Extensions
Machined from a single piece of solid steel, these leg extensions are strong and durable. The extensions attach to the casters on your CareCliner to raise your chair 3" higher from the ground. XL Headrest Cover
The HX00 XL Headrest Cover protects the vinyl on the chair back. Made of durable vinyl the headrest cover is easy to install, remove and clean. Available to match all CareCliner color options. Please select if desired, this option from the drop down menu above.
Fire Safety
All Winco 6540/6541 XL CareCliners meet Standard 117 Fire Requirements. If you would like the optional TB-133 which meets the requirements for California Technical Bulletin 133 - Flammability Test Procedure for Seating Furniture for Use in Public Occupancies, please note your preference in the 'Special Instructions' when you place your order and one of our friendly sales representatives will contact you regarding pricing.
